How UnicFlux handles personal data.
Who we are
UnicFlux is operated by [Company legal name, registration no., address]. Contact: hello@unicflux.com.
Two roles
For account data (your name, email, billing details) UnicFlux is the controller. For data your website visitors share with your agent (messages, names, phone numbers, orders, voice calls) you are the controller and UnicFlux is your processor, acting only on your instructions.
What we process
Account details, the knowledge you upload or crawl, conversations and contacts created through your widgets, and usage data needed to run and bill the service.
Subprocessors
OpenAI (AI processing), Polar (billing, merchant of record), Resend (email delivery), Sentry (error monitoring). The service is hosted on an OVH VPS in the EU.
We do not sell data
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your customers' conversations to advertise to them.
Export and deletion
You can request an export or deletion of your account data and of data held for your widgets at any time by writing to hello@unicflux.com.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Visitors of your website should contact you; we will help you respond.
